A little about me
Firstly, a little about me. My name is Deanna Cassella and I am originally from Liverpool, England and I have been through this process!! I now live in Virginia with my Husband, who was also a student athlete. I gained a soccer scholarship studying, and playing in Mississippi, which I thoroughly enjoyed and was successful in being recognized as part of the All State Mississippi Team. I was only there one year, as I realized my love for tactics and decided to return to Liverpool, England to begin my performance analysis career by studying the perfect degree for me.
I gained a First Class Degree with Honors in Science and Football (Soccer) and a Masters in Sports Performance Analysis. This has given me the ability to develop my tactical and analytical knowledge, whilst also establishing and developing my video editing skills, enhanced by working at:

In my final internship for my Masters at Southampton FC Women, I was primarily responsible for developing and implementing a program of Performance Analysis for their youth setup, which included generating:

Presenting findings to coaches and players
Development plans for players
Since coming to America, I am working on obtaining my American coaching licenses and working as a coach at multiple organizations in Northern Virginia. As well as my love for the game of soccer, I found a lot of fulfillment during my internships by playing a part in other’s success. My professional tactical knowledge and expertise can help to create a highlight video for you. It was such an amazing opportunity for myself to play collegially and I would love to help others in their journey to get there! I know the pressure student athletes are put under.
